Make a Payment
- Invoices will be sent on the last business day of each month.
- Payments are due upon receipt and late by the 10th day of the month following service.
- Late payments may be subject to a late charge of 10% of invoice. Frequent late payments may result in termination of our working relationship.
- New clients may be asked to pay a deposit which will be deducted from the first invoice.
- Returned payments are subject to a $25.00 fee and late payment fee. See above for late payment fees. Payment of invoice and fees due within 30 days of original invoice or working relationship will be terminated.
- Minimum monthly charge of one hour applies.
- Payments are to be made via PayPal. If you prefer to mail a check, then you must indicate this preference upon receipt of invoice.
- I offer one free phone consultation to potential new clients only. Once becoming a client, all phone calls to discuss your tasks & business will be considered chargeable work-time.
- All working phone calls should be scheduled in advance via email or instant messenger as to not interrupt flow of work on other clients tasks.
