Make a Payment

Invoices will be sent on the last business day of each month.
Payments are due upon receipt and late by the 10th day of the month following service.
Late payments may be subject to a late charge of 10% of invoice. Frequent late payments may result in termination of our working relationship.
New clients may be asked to pay a deposit which will be deducted from the first invoice.
Returned payments are subject to a $25.00 fee and late payment fee. See above for late payment fees. Payment of invoice and fees due within 30 days of original invoice or working relationship will be terminated.
Minimum monthly charge of one hour applies.
Payments are to be made via PayPal. If you prefer to mail a check, then you must indicate this preference upon receipt of invoice.
I offer one free phone consultation to potential new clients only. Once becoming a client, all phone calls to discuss your tasks & business will be considered chargeable work-time.
All working phone calls should be scheduled in advance via email or instant messenger as to not interrupt flow of work on other clients tasks.
